After a rewarding six-day program, the Bullseye Academy Finance Summer Camp successfully concluded; with four days spent at the esteemed University of Cambridge’s Churchill College and an additional two days at our very own Birchin Court trading floor. We are incredibly proud of the progress, dedication and immense achievements demonstrated by all our students throughout the week.

 

• Learning Activities

   

Students rapidly improved their economic knowledge, covering both basics and advanced knowledge of financial markets and investment trading techniques. Led by top financial expert mentors and the Bullseye team, they excelled both individually and in teams, combining theoretical and practical knowledge on aspects such as risk management and technical analysis to increase their understanding and successes.

 

 

Our comprehensive approach extended beyond just intellectual learning, encompassing career development, networking, and skill-building. Students had the opportunity to benefit from the insights of our highly regarded guest speaker, Manoj Ladwa, on navigating the industry and building robust networks.

 

• Cultural Experiences

     

Students immersed themselves in the diverse cultures of Cambridge and London, exploring these two iconic cities and their historical significance through a variety of activities. These included a fascinating tour of Cambridge and its many landmarks and colleges and the opportunity to participate in an elegant formal dinner where they could put their networking skills to the test.

     

In London they stepped into the bustling centre of global financial markets. Enjoying the mixing-pot of culture on display in Borough Market before contextualising their week’s learning through trips to the Bank of England and boating down the river Thames to tour the heart of London’s central business district at Canary Wharf.

 

•  Leisure Activities

 

Leisure activities gave students the opportunity to foster invaluable connections between themselves. Including cheering each other on during our highly popular games afternoon including badminton and learning to score football goals, multiple group competitions and the chance for students to explore the city of London together.

   

   

Throughout the camp, students were granted access to our personalised student portal and a wealth of learning materials which they engaged with admirably. We eagerly anticipate continuing to guide and support all our Summer Camp students to thrive in their future financial journeys.
