Our 2026 Winter Ski Trip in Alpendorf, Austria

February 04 2026

At the end of January 2026, our team spent several days in Alpendorf, Austria, for our annual winter ski trip.

Surrounded by snow-covered mountains, our teambuilding days followed a simple rhythm: early starts, long hours on the slopes, and quiet evenings spent together.

After arriving, the first afternoon was spent settling in and collecting ski equipment. Over the following days, most of our time was dedicated to skiing — some joined lessons, while others practiced independently. Lunches were taken on the mountain, and evenings were spent back at the accommodation.

Difference Paces, Shared Space

On the slopes, everyone approached the experience differently.

Some progressed quickly, others preferred to repeat familiar routes. Some enjoyed challenge, while others focused on comfort and stability. The diversity of approaches created a relaxed atmosphere, where there was no pressure to move at the same pace.

Life Beyond the Slopes

While skiing shaped the daytime hours, the evenings offered a different kind of experience. After returning from the slopes, we prepared meals together and shared long dinners. Conversations flowed easily, moving from the day’s conditions on the mountain to travel experiences and everyday observations.

These moments, unplanned and unstructured, became an essential part of the trip.

What Remains After the Trip

As the trip came to an end and the team returned home, daily routines quickly resumed. Yet certain moments remained vivid: early morning snow, quiet drives through the mountains, shared meals, and the stillness of winter evenings.

It was not a journey defined by highlights, but by continuity — a few days lived simply and attentively.
